John Rowan and Partners, an award-winning, multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy, has been acquired by Bellrock Property & Facilities Management (“Bellrock”).
Established in 1982, John Rowan and Partners have built an impressive track record, working in both the public and private sectors supporting major regeneration projects, such as the Olympic Legacy Project, East Village, and St Pancras station. The partners have developed a strong ethos and culture based around their staff and client relationships, and when Avondale was appointed as lead advisor on the business sale, it was important that their purchaser understood the importance of their people and the business’ key strengths. This is Bellrock’s first acquisition under new investors Sun European LLP and the addition will strengthen their technology-driven property services offering and expand their in-house capabilities.
