Founded in 1999 NDSR has developed into a distinguished multidisciplinary referral practice. Avondale was tasked with preparing the business for sale and navigating the auction and negotiation processes. Avondale offered invaluable assistance with forecasts, processes, and strategic planning during the preparation for sale phase. Upon readiness for sale, multiple bids were secured, including a competitive offer from Willows, backed by Sovereign Capital. The practice boasted a workforce exceeding 200 employees.
Willows merged into Linnaeus, and the group was sold with a staggering increase in EBITDA of over 700% during the period. Avondale’s meticulous sale preparation and implementation of the right processes and structures led to substantial value gains.
