Tyrefix Plant Tyres (UK) Limited sold to Literacy Capital

Tyrefix Plant Tyres (UK) Limited is the leading, independent provider of fast-response, reliable plant tyre supply and repair services. With a turnover in excess of £10m, the business provides a national service supporting key construction and plant hire businesses.

Investment company, Literacy Capital, will bring experience,  knowledge and key personnel to support the existing Tyrefix management team and accelerate the company’s future growth. The deal includes equity for both the existing and inbound management. Adrian Johnson,  Chairman and majority shareholder of Tyrefix, commented:
