Avondale is pleased to have supported negotiations and to announce the acquisition of The Vintage Cosmetic Company Limited and The Vintage Cosmetic Company LLC by Upper Canada UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of Upper Canada Soap, based in Canada.
Through the guidance and leadership of Craig Hubert and his team, the Vintage brand has delivered impressive growth in the UK, North American and Middle Eastern markets. Vintage has become a leading brand in the bath & beauty accessories category.
Over the last 50 years, Upper Canada has become a global leader in bath, beauty, wellness and gift products. With offices in Toronto, New York & London and retail partnerships spanning almost all markets across the world.
